I cannot say enough positive things about Oak Lake at Crooked Creek. I accept lived hither now for over 3 years and have ...
loved it. The belongings manager Ashley is responsive, attentive, communicative and makes sure any problems are fixed in a timely manner. At that place are property broad events that are SO much fun, and yous get to meet other neighbors... if that is your thing. The layouts of their units are updated, and modern, which is SO prissy for the price-signal. If people have negative experiences here, it is honestly because they are a bad tenant / employee...and Ashley (the belongings director) holds people answerable to their actions. Can't suggest living here plenty, I will definitely be re-signing my charter!

I WISH I COULD Requite THEM 0 STARS .. DOOOOOO NOOOOOT RENT HERE !!!! THE Belongings MANAGER RHONDA IS THE WORST !!! I ...
referred a friend to move here and was supposed to go money off hire, after existence told by Rhonda that information technology would come in a cheque, we never received the check, after calling numerous times and leaving numerous messages, she finally chosen dorsum and said my name was never put down on the app, even though the person did and said Rhonda fifty-fifty wrote information technology down herself. Then the a couple of weeks before we were moving out she comes and tells us and another resident that our children could not ride their bikes around the complex. Then turned and told my beau, in front of the other resident, that because of OUR children playing outside, she's gotten complaints and even had someone move out. Real PROFESSIONAL RHONDA !!! THEN Afterward THAT SHE TOLD MY BOYFRIEND THAT SHE'D BREAK OUR LEASE AND MAKE U.s. Movement OUT NOW .. (ALL OF THIS WAS SAID IN Forepart OF THE OTHER RESIDENT) I've asked for her boss' information iii times and nevertheless have not been given it! I'chiliad at a loss of words for this lady, all I can say is DOOOOO NOOOOOT RENT HERE!!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!
